An organic vodka to be distilled in the NSW Hunter Valley is closing in on its initial $10,000 crowdfunding target.

Isos Organic Australian Vodka was conceived by Dave Brown, founder of Sydney small bar The Cotton Thief and Luke Langton, managing director of craft liquor distributor Nineteen33.

The vodka is nine-times distilled using high quality, 100 per cent organic wheat from New England, NSW and filtered rainwater collected onsite at the distillery.

The first commercial batch looks set to become a reality, with Brown and Langton's Pozible crowdfunding campaign having already raised $8,255 with ten days still to run, but the duo is seeking additional support to reach the target and beyond.

"Vodka lovers will appreciate Isos for its amazing mouth feel culminating in a sweet finish with vanilla notes. The artisanal production methods provide Isos amazing texture while remaining as smooth as any top shelf vodka," say Brown and Langton.

Isos Organic Australian Vodka has a RRP of $70. Click here for further information.
