Paramount Liquor is hosting Future Proof on Monday, 6 March at The Calyx in Sydney’s Royal Botanic Gardens, which is a new forum aimed at helping industry brands and businesses prepare for future trends.

The forum will host a range of panel discussions that will talk about a range of industry issues that will be tailored to the on-premise and will aim to share insights, recommendations and learnings.

Paramount Liquor Directors Nathan and Leigh Rowe and Darren Terlich said: “March 6 will be a night of new experiences and meaningful discussions. We trust guests will depart The Calyx and Future Proof looking ahead and excited by what 2023 will bring. Paramount is proud to facilitate connections and educate the industry.”

Sam Bygrave will host three panel discussion talking about flavour trends with Alex Boon and Evan Stroeve; sustainable practices and development with Mariella Menato of Denomination Design, Darren Leaney from Worksmith and Proof & Co’s Charlie Ainsbury; and industry careers with Natalie Ng, Cara Devine and Krystal Hart.

In addition to the panel discussions Paramount’s Evolution Marketing partners across beer, wine, spirits and mixers will take part in the event. Each supplier will showcase one or two key products that fall within four core themes; premiumisation, environment, social and governance, innovation and flavour.
