Since launching in December 2016, Patient Wolf as quickly grown to become one of Australia’s best known and respected gins.

The business has grown so much, that they will soon be moving from their Brunswick HQ into a new premises in Southbank, where they’ll open a new distillery and bar in Melbourne’s Southbank in early September.

They currently produces three award winning gins: Melbourne Dry Gin, Summer Thyme Gin and Blackthorn Gin – a season release featuring blackthorn (sloe) berries.

About the role.

Based in Melbourne, this role will ultimately be responsible for the Commercial Management of our National Distributor, as well as delivering a marketing and brand plan and sales strategy to deliver expected sales growth.

This includes direct sales, export sales and managing the Brand Ambassadors.

Experience in the liquor industry is a must.

The primary objectives of this role are to:

  • Manage the Distributor relationship & Brand Ambassadors to ensure Patient Wolf brand is well represented through support, activations, cross promotions and training
  • Manage the Brand and Marketing through a strategic brand plan by channel
  • Report on sales performance & opportunities in a strategic and insightful way
  • Oversee the overall experience of the Distillery bar including events, master classes, staffing, wages and costs
