About the role:

Senior Brand Marketing Management opportunity with responsibility to develop and execute strategies to strengthen the success of our retail brands in the liquor marketplace. Working with some of Australia's most well known brands in the independent liquor space, including Cellarbrations and The Bottle-O Network, you will own all facets of the marketing function including market research, product planning, marketing communications, advertising and consumer insights.

Key to your success will be your ability to support our network of independent retailers through the effective execution of key marketing strategies that create consumer demand and drive growth.

This is a key leadership position within our Australian Liquor Marketers division supporting retailers nationally, reporting through to the divisional CEO.

You will:

  • Develop and implement a national brand marketing strategy including managing market research, product planning, marketing communications, local area marketing and advertising. 
  • Create consumer demand through driving key advertising platforms, with a focus on driving digital marketing campaigns. 
  • Support the development process for new and refurbished retail stores. 
  • Provide leadership, growth, and sustainability of our brands and independent retailer's competitive and profitable promotions, and compliant retailing standards. 
  • Provide leadership to our network of independent retailers, developing and capitalising on retailer and supplier relationships. 
  • Develop and execute of our wholesale and national retail brand strategies. 
  • Monitor market trends and drive long term growth strategies to maintain competitive advantage. 

About you:

  • Degree qualified with extensive experience and proven track record of developing marketing programs and managing metrics-oriented marketing campaigns. 
  • Demonstrated senior experience at Marketing Manager level 
  • High level of commercial acumen and the ability to interpret financial information. 
  • High level of financial acumen with experience in managing contracts and expenses 
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiating and diplomatic skills to effectively manage relationships with diverse internal and external contacts.
