Ray White Hotels Australia is expanding its Queensland operations, with the appointment of Glenn Price, who will head up the group’s Queensland office.

Price joins from CBRE, where he was named as their Queensland Broker of the Year in 2016. Price was also involved in the record-setting sale of Acacia Ridge Hotel in Brisbane, as well as several other significant properties in the state’s north.

“I’m looking forward to re-joining the Ray White Group and continuing to expand upon the significant market share and brand equity already enjoyed by the company in the national hospitality space,” Price said.

Ray White Hotels’ Asia Pacific Director, Andrew Jolliffe, welcomed Price back to the company and said the appointment highlights the importance of the Queensland market for the group.

“Glenn is particularly well known in the Queensland hospitality space, having concluded numerous significant deals whilst at CBRE over the past six years, and accordingly we welcome him back to the Ray White brand where previously he has worked,” Jolliffe said.

“Queensland, for our group, is a critical component of the past and future success of the business, and upon this basis it is imperative we ensure our valued client base enjoys representation by the industry’s best.”
