Redcape Hotel Group has lodged development plans with Ryde Council for a major redevelopment of Sydney's Eastwood Hotel.
RHG proposes to subdivide the current site to transform the venue – which is currently one of the state's top performing gaming venues – into a multi-faceted food, beverage and entertainment hotel with an additional 150-head capacity and 46 additional car park spaces.
RHG chief operating officer, Dan Brady said: “Our venues are positioned at the heart of the local communities and the Eastwood development allows us to expand on the longstanding community focused presence we have in the area.”
The development of the Eastwood site is currently before Council.
