The inaugural Australasian Hospitality and Gaming Expo will give attendees a preview of the revitalised Keno brand, which will be rolled out later this year.

Keno is to be the major partner of the inaugural Australasian Hospitality and Gaming Expo (AHGE). Tabcorp chief operating officer – Keno and Gaming, Adam Rytenskild said his team is working hard to revitalise Keno and is excited to reveal its new direction.

“The expo is the perfect opportunity to showcase the new Keno brand and our plans to improve the customer experience," he said.

“I’m confident our partners will be as excited as we are about the new Keno retail experience and product innovations that form part of the new strategy.

“Keno delivers $62 million back to its players every month in winnings. The new strategy not only aims to increase participation of our existing customer base but also aims to attract new players. It will ensure our customers are central to everything we do.”
