Despite the unprecedented autumn heatwave currently hitting parts of Australia, Rekorderlig is getting set for the cooler months with the relaunch of its limited edition Winter Cider.

Supported by an extensive campaign titled ‘Embrace Winter’, the relaunch of Rekorderlig Winter Cider offers retailers and on-premise outlets an extended cider-selling period over the winter months, despite cider’s reputation as a ‘summer’ drink.

Rekorderlig’s customer marketing manager, John Logue, said the brand has a raft of exciting initiatives in place for winter that will continue to boost the cider category.

“Our passion for cider doesn't simply stop once the summer months have ended. We see cider as a perfect drink for consumers to enjoy all year long, exciting cider fans and prolonging the good news cider story for the retailer all year,” Logue explains.

“We provide support to drive our ‘Perfect Serve’, from beautiful glassware and serve education in the summer right through to urns which warm our cider in winter. Rekorderlig is too good to only enjoy for half the year so we are committed to extending this exciting drinking occasion.”

One of the major activations to be launched for Rekorderlig Winter Cider is its partnership with Thredbo Alpine Hotel, where it will host a series of parties that take its inspiration from the European après experience.

Rekorderlig Winter Cider is available now.
