For the first time in nearly two years, Rémy Martin VS Cognac is officially available again in Australia.
Joining the rest of the Rémy Martin portfolio, which includes VSOP and XO, the VS has not been available since Suntory took over distribution from Beam Global in April, 2009.
A premium entry-level Cognac, it is limited to a select few markets around the world and is noted for being 100 per cent Petite Champagne, one of the most sought after regions in Cognac.
Rémy Martin assistant brand manager Jeremy Church said that he was excited to be able to again offer the trade “a complete VS, VSOP and XO cognac solution to their venues”.
“The re-introduction of Rémy Martin VS into the Australian market place will allow our bartending community to explore the potential of cognac within cocktails and mixed drinks,” he said.
Rémy Martin Cognac is part of the Rémy Cointreau portfolio, which includes Piper-Heidsieck and Charles Heidsieck Champagnes, Cointreau and Passoa liqueurs, Mount Gay Rum and St Remy French Brandy.
