RSN Australia, owner of the Riedel and Spiegelau glassware brands, has announced that Robert Oatley Vineyards has taken over national distribution of Spiegelau to licensed venues.

The announcement marks the end of Spiegelau’s distribution with Fine Wine Partners, which commenced in 2011.

“The amicable end to this relationship came to agreement from both parties as they head in different directions, with Fine Wine Partners refocusing on their core wine brands,” RSN said.

Spiegelau began its life with an on-premise focus and has long-established relationships with restaurants and hotels globally.

“Having worked hard on the product offering and price points, both RSN Australia and Robert Oatley see this new partnership as an opportunity to take a fresh look at the market and its needs,” the companies said.

Robert Oatley has recently begun distributing a range of Australian and International products, from Champagne Charles Heidsieck, through Ara, Rockburn, Clover Hill, Taltarni, Cumulus and Cherubino Wines, to San Francisco’s Anchor Brewing.
