A capacity crowd of more than 580 retailers, suppliers and Metcash staff has descended on the Sunshine Coast for the Independent Brands Australia (IBA) Trade Workshop.
The IBA Trade Workshop starts this afternoon at Twin Waters Novotel, with 370 stores represented from the IGA Liquor, The Bottle-O and Cellarbrations banners.
Suppliers including Premium Beverages, Accolade Wines, Brown-Forman, Carlton & United Breweries, Treasury Wine Estates and Coca-Cola Amatil are also out in force.
They will showcase their brands and upcoming activity into Christmas at tomorrow night's Trade Festival on the resort's Circus Lawn.
The business session gets underway tomorrow morning following an off-site welcome dinner this evening.
