Bank Hotel licensee Jake Toivonen said: "We’ve sampled over 100 different beers from stout to sour and feel pretty excited about sharing these with everyone. We’ve even been down at Young Henrys helping brew some of the beer that will be poured on opening night."

Uncle Hops officially opens today, after a packed crowd of media and beer enthusiasts enjoyed last night's preview event (pictured).
