Sommeliers Australia is to launch a Western Australian chapter this month led by top chefs and sommeliers in the state.

Perth’s Must Wine Bar will play host to a special lunch marking the chapter’s inauguration.

The event will see Must Wine Bar sommelier Emma Sputore and chef Russell Blaikie join forces with local chefs Jason Jujnovich from Divido and Clint Nolan from Harvest to match wines from local producers and beyond.

Sommeliers Australia co-president, Ben Edwards, will introduce guests to the association and its plans for the year, including specific initiatives in Western Australia, as well as interstate and overseas.

The lunch will take place tomorrow (Feb 17) from midday to 3:30pm. Tickets are $60 for members and $80 for non-members.
