Southern Comfort has extended its portfolio with the release of Southern Comfort Reserve, a blend of six-year-old straight bourbon whiskey with Southern Comfort.

Building on the current global growth in premiumisation, Southern Comfort is offering a bolder more complex addition.

Southern Comfort senior brand manager, Liz Heslop, said the more pronounced bourbon taste will excite consumers of premium bourbons, scotches and rums alike.

“Southern Comfort Reserve offers an exceptional flavour experience that is perfect to share with friends and colleagues,” Heslop said.

“For Southern Comfort’s very loyal followers, it provides a bolder flavour profile, and for those that are new to the family, it presents a unique and more complex character than other whiskeys.”
