SouthTrade International's successful Liquid Miles trade incentive is running again this year, and this time two venues will win an all-expenses paid trip for two people to Tales Of The Cocktails 2013 in New Orleans.

The competition has been split into two categories, small bars and large venues, which will be further segmented into seven groups according to the patron capacity, which will be factored into the scoring.

Participating venues will need to range at least four brands from the SouthTrade range, and feature and promote at least three cocktails using these brands throughout the competition.

There will be a variety of ways venues can score points during the incentive, ranging from the amount of products they purchase and stock, how many drinks they promote and how well they are made and presented, as well as product knowledge and customer service.

Each state will be award two prizes, one each for highest ranked small bar and large venue. State winners will then head to Sydney to attend the finalist party, where the two national winners in each category will be announced.

The grand prize, valued at $15,000, includes economy flights, accommodation, passes to Tales Of The Cocktail 2013, $1,000 spending money and a $1,000 bar tab, as well as a trip to the Buffalo Trace distillery.

The Liquid Miles trade incentive will run from the March 1 to May 31. Registration closes on February 28.
