SPI Group Asia Pacific regional director Frank Cohen is set to leave the Stolichnaya vodka brand owner, which has set up new regional headquarters in Singapore.

Cohen today confirmed to TheShout he will exit SPI Group in the next few months following his successful transfer of the Stolichanaya range from Suntory to island2island in Australia last month.

The island2island deal came after Cohen recently set up similar distributor appointments and transfers across China, Hong Kong and Macau, India and New Zealand.

SPI Group has announced Nigel Bath is set to replace Cohen in his role.

Bath joins SPI Group from food and beverage business Del Monte Asia, where he was managing director of the region. Previous to Del Monte, Bath spent over two decades in Asia Pacific, where he held roles with Diageo, Pernod Ricard/Seagram and Coca Cola.

Originally from the UK, he will be based in the new SPI regional headquarters in Singapore.
