The next stage in the unveiling of ivy, Sydney’s largest bar venture to date, is now open to the public.
Sushi Choo, an express Japanese dining train and The Ivy Room, a 1000 person ballroom have joined ivy’s three restaurants and nine bars which officially opened on January 31.
A $150-million venture, ivy has been five years in the making, led by Merivale CEO, Justin Hemmes.
“It’s something so unique for Sydney in terms of hospitality experience, something completely different,” he said.
The finished venue will include 18 bars, nine restaurants, ten retail outlets, a 1000 person ballroom and a rooftop area with pool.
