Strongbow, the world’s number one cider brand is launching a new kind of cider.  Strongbow ULTRA Low Carb Cider, with only 90 calories, is a refreshingly light, fruit flavoured cider available in 330ml slimline can packs. Launching in two delicious variants, Mango and Apple, the new range plays into the strong market desire for lighter, lower calorie drinks.

“Consumers, especially generation Y and Z, want to see alcoholic drinks that fit with their desire to lead more balanced lifestyles,” says Rebecca Richardson, Drinkworks Cider Marketing Manager.

Strongbow is breaking from traditional cider marketing etiquette with the launch of its bold ‘drink the G.O.A.T’ campaign, featuring an orange goat to attract a new generation of cider drinkers to new Strongbow ULTRA Low Carb Cider.  ULTRA is perfectly positioned to target those consumers who are unwilling to compromise on great taste for a lower calorie drink.

Strongbow ULTRA is available to order now in 4x330ml packs and launching in Dan Murphy’s, Liquorland, First Choice and select Independent Bottle Shops from mid-October.
