Sydneysiders will be a little more knowledgeable when it comes to mixing up a cocktail, after ten of their finest bartenders gather together this Wednesday (Oct 28) to share some trade secrets.

From 6pm, the likes of The Winery’s bar manager Toby Hilton, Victoria Room’s Lee Potter-Cavanagh and Bacco’s Hugh Payten Smith will engage in a free-style cocktail session at Cargo Bar, where each bartender will contribute their signature cocktails.

Guests are encouraged to select a cocktail of choice, which is then mixed up in front of them at the bar, while the bartender teaches them a little about the drink and cocktail culture in general.

The session is designed to encourage crowd interaction and enable them to sample the best cocktails from across Sydney.

Tickets for the event cost $40 and include four cocktails and entertainment.
