Taylors is transforming part of Sydney’s Royal Botanic Gardens into a Garden of Chill, which will celebrate perfectly chilled red wine in February.

The Garden of Chill menu will feature select red wines from Taylors award-winning Estate range served at the optimum temperature on vino-coloured bean bags, with chilled-out tunes, a charcuterie and cold pizza slices from Pasticceria Papa.

Guests to the pop-up can also get their hands on Taylors Shiraz Slushy, made for red wine refreshment on a hot summer day, with drink specials to commence when the day’s Celsius hits its max, and each day will showcase a new offer to enjoy.

“We talk a lot about temperature at Taylors, but it really is the single most important factor to getting the most out of your wine and somehow seems to be the biggest pitfall,” said Mitchell Taylor, third generation Winemaker and Managing Director of Taylors Wines.

“If you’re one to serve your reds at room temperature or you drink your whites icy cold, we encourage you to pop down for an afternoon at our Garden of Chill to discover the joys of a perfectly chilled glass of wine.”

The Taylors Wines Garden of Chill will be open to the general public from 12pm to 7:30pm from Friday, 9 February to Sunday, 11 February, on the Mare and Foal Lawn at the Royal Botanic Gardens of Sydney. Bookings are not required.
