Tempus Two has added a Pinot Grigio to its popular varietal range.

Fruit for the 2013 Tempus Two Varietal Pinot Grigio was sourced from Victoria’s Del Rios vineyard and made in a true Italian Pinot Grigio style.

Winemaker, Andrew Duff, said the new release features tropical fruit and pear flavours with a hint of citrus, creating a fresh, clean, crisp style with a medium-bodied palate, making it an ideal match to seafood or white meat dishes.

“The wine was made in true ‘Grigio’ style to be fresh, crisp and complement a range of foods that are in vogue right now; including Asian cuisine, quinoa salads and fresh seafood,” said Duff.

“We recommend drinking this wine now, to ensure its fresh and vibrant nature can be enjoyed to its full capacity.”

As part of its promotional launch, for a limited time the 2013 Tempus Two Varietal Pinot Grigio will come with a pair of stemless Tempus Two wine glasses when purchased with any other two bottles from the Tempus Two Varietal range.

The 2013 Tempus Two Varietal Pinot Grigio is available now with an RRP of $14.99.
