Last week saw the 27th Australian Liquor Industry Awards (ALIA) take place at Sydney Town Hall on Wednesday night, with the people, brands and venues that make this industry so wonderful celebrated.

With a sell-out crowd, the night saw a total of 60 awards handed out, split between on- and off-premise categories.
