Following in the pattern of EBC’s range of sparkling cocktails that launched in 2020, The Bellini is a quality non-alc cocktail, expertly made to be enjoyed anywhere, anytime and every time.

The EBC Bellini is a twist on the Italian classic cocktail and uses peach purée, grape juice, verjuice, natural flavours and salt to create a sparkling cocktail that is sophisticated, refreshing and balanced.
The striking bottle design takes inspiration from vintage Italian sodas, but also sits within the signature style of the EBC brand.

Available now from The Everleigh Bottling Co, The Bellini can be served in a chilled Champagne flute or enjoyed straight from the bottle and is priced at $18.95 per four-pack or $6 individually.
