If ever the stars were to align with having the right person doing the right job, it has happened with Caroline Ashford becoming Assistant Distiller and Customer Experience Manager at the Saint Felix Distillery.

Saint Felix GM, Kevin Griffin, said: “We are delighted to welcome Caroline to the team. Having spent 10 years championing the Australian Distilling Industry, particularly gin, she brings a wealth of knowledge that we know will enhance our business”.

Caroline added: “Throughout the ten years I’ve been in the industry, people have asked if I ever wanted to be a distiller. I knew if I did, it had to be within a distillery that I really admired. This role combines my two loves, delicious spirits and giving consumers the best hospitality experience.

“The opportunity to work with Xavier, one of Australia’s most talented distillers, and someone who I greatly admire on a personal level, was too good an opportunity to pass up.” she said.

Saint Felix Distillery opened in 2020. Based in Mordialloc they produce award-winning gin, vodka, aperitivo and Yuzu and Green Tea Spirit.
