The latest episode of online drinks industry chat show The Intervention is out now, featuring coverage of the Top Shelf boutique drinks festival.

The fifth instalment, hosted by Sipsmith Gin’s Jay Gray and filmed at Melbourne’s Baroq House during Top Shelf, includes Buffalo Trace’s Harlen Wheatley and Tequila Blu’s Tim Szonyi discussing the topic of craft spirits.

Also on the show are Steve Cipriani and Connor Sainsbury-Canham, while 1806 bar manager Andy Wren mixes up a great Buffalo Trace cocktail and also joins Sacha Delfosse from bars&clubs for the Shout Out segment.

Those that were not able to attend the inaugural Top Shelf boutique drinks festival will be able to get a glimpse of what they missed out courtesy of The Intervention team, who captured a fair bit of the action on camera.
