Inspired by passion, not fashion.

A family business and a French institution, the House of Duval-Leroy has dedicated itself to the noble craft of champagne-making since 1859.

As Champagne pioneers with knowledge handed down over six generations, Duval-Leroy has always been driven by a quest for high standards and innovation in every aspect of the business.  From quality, consistency and certification through to partnerships with renowned sommeliers and chefs around the world, each generation has shared the passion to build on the craft of their forebears.

Carol Duval-Leroy has been the head of the Champagne house since 1991.  Affectionately know as the ‘Femme de Champagne”, Carol’s contribution to the industry has put her name in the annals of Champagne history.  Carol was the first woman to be appointed president of the Association Viticole Champenoise and under her lead and dedication to sustainability, the first Organic Champagne in the region was released under the Champagne Duval-Leroy label.

As a new era emerges for Champagne Duval-Leroy, following in the footsteps of Carol, her three sons Julien, Charles and Louis have now come on board to perpetuate the house spirit.

Four individuals now forming an unwavering team, a melodious union that will guarantee collective excellence, a new commitment realised through promises and actions.

Under Chef de Cave, Sandrine Logette-Jardin, Duval-Leroy craft champagnes that are the essence of finesse, lightness and elegance, champagnes that speak right to the heart of professionals and consumers alike.

Champagnes are crafted that not only respect the terroir but exalt it. Champagnes that champion the French tradition of creativity whilst looking to the future with the next generation of passionate gourmets leading the world of gastronomy.

Inspired by virtuosity, not glamour.
