ACT
•    ACT Police arrested a 25-year-old man on Wednesday morning after he allegedly sexually assaulted a woman in the toilet of a Canberra nightclub. The man appeared at the ACT Magistrates Court on Thursday. No further details have been released at this stage.

QLD
•    A 17-year-old male was charged on Monday after punching a policeman in the jaw following at a brawl at the Bayview Hotel in the Brisbane suburb of Redcliffe.
•    Also on Monday, a 19-year-old man was charged with grievous bodily harm after he allegedly approached a patron at the Coolangatta Hotel and hit him in the face with a beer glass. And in a separate incident, a 27-year-old man was charged after allegedly throwing a glass at a bar attendant at the Buderim Tavern.

NT
•    In the Northern Territory, an intoxicated 19-year-old woman was arrested on Tuesday after she failed to vacate a licensed premise. Once removed further to the footpath she allegedly kicked a police officer in the ankle and kicked him three times in the face while being placed in a police van.

VIC
•    In Victoria, police are appealing for witnesses following a Saturday morning brawl at a Flinders Street bar in Melbourne’s CBD. Three males were seriously injured in the disturbance that involved security staff in Mercantile Lane.
