TorchMedia has rolled out its floor advertising format to over 1000 BWS and Woolworths Liquor stores across the country, with Treasury Wine Estates already onboard.

The concept is the same advertising format that is currently placed on the floor in front of products in Woolworths supermarkets, and in liquor stores will be placed in front of relevant products either on the shelf or in the fridge.

Treasury Wine Estates’ Fifth Leg brand is one of the first advertisers to take up the new format.

“The addition of Floor is the perfect complement to the digital screen and radio network already in place at BWS stores,” said TorchMedia sales director, Cameron Baxter.

“The new formats offer liquor brands a greater presence, to build brands and influence the shopper’s decision at the moment of purchase.”

The TorchMedia liquor channel is the largest liquor media portfolio in Australia and offers advertisers the ability to influence more than 10 million shopper transactions every month.
