RhinoBar in Townsville will tomorrow hold the first in a series of monthly wine-tastings to showcase Australian wines in the region.
Organised in conjunction with the Foster’s Group, different wines will be sampled each month, with the Rosemount Show Reserve range featuring on tomorrow night’s three-hour tasting menu.
RhinoBar owner and manager, Shawn Andersen, said the evening will be an ongoing promotion to educate customers on the wine industry.
“It should be good. Renae Willoughby from Foster’s is coming in and hosting the night,” Andersen said.
This evening complements the wine buffet promotion, currently held on Thursday nights where customers are allowed to taste any five wines for $15.
Entry to RhinoBar’s monthly wine-tastings is $20, including wine samples and nibbles.
