A second man has been charged over a glassing incident at a hotel in inner Sydney last week.

According to police, two men entered a nightclub on Kellett Street, Kings Cross at about 3.30am last Sunday, February 28.

Shortly after entering the club the two men became involved in an alleged altercation with staff at the hotel.

Police will allege that during the altercation one of the men allegedly struck the manager in the face with a glass, causing a severe laceration.

Police and emergency services attended a short time later and the manager was taken to St Vincent’s Hospital for treatment.
