There are just two weeks left until voting closes for the 2018 Australian Liquor Industry Awards (ALIA), so make sure that you have your say on the awards that are voted by the industry, for the industry.

So far hundreds of people from all parts of Australia’s liquor industry have voted for their favourite brands, people, suppliers and venues from the last 12 months.

There are two stages to ALIA voting. Stage one is open now to all members of the Australian liquor industry, so simply head to the ALIA website now to vote. The finalists in all categories are determined by the highest number of votes, once voting closes on Friday 17 August, 2018. Stage two then sees all finalists in all categories judged by a selection panel made up of senior industry representatives which is printed in each year’s event program.

Head to the ALIA website to vote.

The industry panel votes in a 3-2-1 process for their top three selections in every category, with this data then audited by PKF to confirm the winners in each category. Full details on the voting process are available through the ALIA website.

ALIA is the Australian liquor industry’s night of nights and after three successful years at the venue the awards will once again take place at Randwick Racecourse. This year ALIA will be held on Wednesday, 31 October, so once you have voted don’t forget to book your ticket – and also book your costume for the Halloween theme.

But firstly it is all about your votes, so make sure you head to the ALIA website and vote now.
