The Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC) has issued a reminder to gaming venues on the need to display YourPlay posters, talkers and brochures.

The YourPlay assets can now be ordered from the VGCCC, which has also outlined the requirements for display, stating, gaming venues must visibly display the following posters, ‘talkers’ and brochures:

  • one A2-sized YourPlay poster for every 15 gaming machines and an additional poster for any extra machines that number fewer than 15 (for example, if your venue has 32 gaming machines you should be displaying three posters, which is one for every 15 machines and one for the remaining two machines)
  • one A2-sized YourPlay poster at the entrance of the gaming area in your venue
  • one A5-sized YourPlay ‘talker’ on the side of each gaming machine
  • YourPlay information brochures (purple) and YourPlay terms and conditions brochures (blue) at each cashier area
  • YourPlay casual card brochures (green) to be displayed alongside the terms and conditions brochure
  • ‘Playing the pokies – Know the facts’ brochures (white) at each cashier area.

The number of brochures on display in the venue should be at least equivalent to the number of gaming machines in the venue. This means if your venue has 80 gaming machines onsite you are required to have 80 copies of each of the brochures mentioned above.
