Popular RTD Vodka Cruiser has this week (Aug 23-27) launched a new campaign – ‘Pick Your Party, Make Your Mix’ – that engages the trade and public.

Looking to launch a new flavour, they are asking the public to help them create it, with competition entries required to first select a party theme – cocktail, nightclub, beach or backyard – and then a colour, flavour, description and name.

First prize is $5000, with five finalists also receiving 10 tickets to a VIP party in Sydney where the winning flavour will be revealed.


Independent Distillers Australia market director, Steve Williams, said that the campaign was a good way to engage the public by reaching potential new audiences.

“The campaign plays on the brand’s bright and fun nature,” he said. “We look forward to interacting with both loyal and new consumers, while writing a new chapter in the brand’s decade long history.”

The competition has already received a range of entries, including Smooth Summer, Sunshine Punch, Hawaii Dream, Rocky Na Na, and Cocoberry, with liquorice, coconut, cranberry and bubblegum amongst the flavours.
