Following on from the collab gin that the UK’s Warner’s Distillery and Four Pillars launched earlier this year, the teams have joined forces again for the Warner’s X Four Pillars Harrington Shiraz Gin.

This surprising clear Shiraz gin features Shiraz juice used by Four Pillars in its Bloody Shiraz and has been built of Warner’s Harrington Dry Gin and features botanicals grown on the Warner’s family farm, or just a close by.

Tom Warner says: “Warner’s is famous for flavoured gins, so captain obvious would have been a shiraz flavoured gin; but annoyingly Four Pillars already make a bloody brilliant one.

“Luckily, we also make a bloomin’ great London Dry, so we used Four Pillars’ shiraz juice to make something completely different – and delicious. Introducing Warner’s Harrington Shiraz. Never thought I’d see my village name next to a grape.”

Four Pillars said: “We’ve been friends with the Warner’s team since the early days of Four Pillars, running into them at gin shows and industry events and naturally, at the pub after the gin shows and industry events. From sustainable distilling to the use of real ingredients, we have a lot in common, which is why this collaboration made so much sense.

“The Warner’s team received our Shiraz juice – the same juice we use in our Bloody Shiraz Gin – but rather than turning to a flavoured gin, they decided to do something completely different and build on their signature Warner’s Harrington Dry Gin.

“Using the Shiraz juice, botanicals grown onsite at the Warner’s family farm and Australian native strawberry gum and wattleseed, the team distilled a traditional albeit punchy London Dry gin.”

Described as being “bloody brilliant in Martinis or delicious in gin sours and fizzes” the Warner’s X Four Pillars Harrington Shiraz Gin is available now while stocks last at $88RRP.
