The Sydney Whisky Fair has sold out, but there's still time to get tickets to The Oak Barrel's Australian Whisky Supper and two unique whisky masterclasses, all of which will be held next week.

An impressive line up of Australian distillers will be jetting in to present at the Whisky Supper next Thursday August 30, including Bill Lark (Lark Distillery), Casey Overeem (Old Hobart Distillery), Cameron Syme (Limeburners), Stewart Ferguson (Hellyer's Road), Patrick MaGuire (Sullivans Cove) and Graeme Grimshaw (Nant).

These pioneering distillers and whisky experts will enliven the evening with their individual perspectives on the art of distilling and their own distinct malts.

All whiskies tasted on the night will be special releases some of which not previously seen by the public including one private bottling exclusively for the Oak Barrel. Fresh local produce will compliment each whisky with a distinct focus on
matching flavours.

As well as the Australian Whisky Supper, The Oak Barrel will be hosting two masterclasses in the lead up to the Sydney Whisky Fair – a Dalmore Masterclass with Richard Paterson on Monday 27th August and a Scotch Malt Whisky Masterclass with Andrew Derbidge on Tuesday 28th August.
