Australian online retailer BoozeBud has today launched BudClub, its first customer loyalty program.

Following the Hairydog Group’s acquisition of BoozeBud in May this year, the launch of the free-to-join program supports the group’s vision to revitalise and grow the business and Boozebud brand.

“When Hairydog Group acquired BoozeBud, we knew it had a significant loyal customer base who love the brand, and its selection of over 5,000 spirits, wine, beer, and NOLO options,” said Erin Williamson, Chief Marketing Officer for the Hairydog Group.

“We want to reward those customers, along with those who might be trying Boozebud for the first time, so we’re excited to launch BudClub and its array of offers and incentives.”

Using BudClub, customers will be able to earn rewards with every dollar spent online at BoozeBud on any and every product, which can later be redeemed on future purchases. BudClub members can also earn bonus points by following BoozeBud on socials, leaving product reviews and celebrating their birthdays.

“The launch of BudClub is just the first step in rewarding BoozeBud customers,” added Williamson. “We’re committed to growing this loyalty program with more rewards and benefits in the coming year and giving our customers more reasons to choose BoozeBud for their next drinking occasion.”
