Just in time for Spring, Four Pillars has released the newest addition to its RTD range, Navy Strength Gin and Ginger. Available in a can format, the new drink is modelled on the Ginger Mule cocktail, a gin-based adaptation of the popular Moscow Mule.

Made with a hyper-concentrated version of the Yarra Valley distilleries award-winning Navy Strength Gin, and a bespoke ginger beer, the canned cocktail has a high ABV of 6.5 per cent.

Using a gin which is distilled with real ginger and real finger limes, Co-Founder and Distiller Cameron Mackenzie felt that a Gin and Ginger cocktail was the next obvious addition to the RTD range.

When distilling the hyper-concentrated Navy Strength Gin for use in the cocktail, Mackenzie ensured that none of the flavour was lost by increasing the botanical load to include more ginger, turmeric and ginger limes. Using fresh ginger and lime juice, Four Pillars created its own version of ginger beer that would complement the Navy Strength Gin.

As the fourth addition to Four Pillars’ RTD cocktail collection, Navy Strength Gin and Ginger Joins a strong line up of Fresh Yuzu Gin and Soda, Rare Dry Gin and Tonic and Bloody Shiraz Gin and Tonic.

Navy Strength Gin and Ginger will be available to purchase in September for a retail price of $29.99 for a four pack.
